Timetable for Teddington Pools and Fitness Centre

Summer term lessons will run from 15 April to 23 May 2024 (excluding 6 May).

Re-enrolment of existing adult pupils

Existing adult pupils can re-enrol week commencing Monday 18 March 2024 onwards, after their lesson has taken place. Please remember to declare any new medical conditions.

New adult pupil bookings

Summer term adult lessons are now fully booked. If any spaces become available, this section will be updated with new information.

Adult lesson timetable for Teddington Pool

Classes are held weekly as follows:

Mondays - five week course of lessons from 15 April 2024 to 20 May 2024 (excludes 6 May)
Thursdays - six week course of lessons from 18 April 2024 to 23 May 2024

7pm – Adult Beginners – learner pool
7.30pm – Adult Improvers – main pool
8pm – Adult Advanced – main pool

Thursday

12 noon – Adult Advanced – main pool
12.30pm – Adult Improvers – main pool
1pm – Adult Beginners – learner pool

New Swim School bookings for adult lessons will be accepted from 8am onwards on Monday 25 March 2024. Lessons will need to be booked and paid for either in person at the centre, or by phone on 020 3772 2999.

Wednesdays - 12 week course of lessons from 17 April 2024 to 10 July 2024 (excludes 29 May)
Thursdays - 12 week course of lessons from 18 April 2024 to 11 July 2024 (excludes 30 May)
