All schools can apply for small grants to support activities set out in their school travel plan.

How to apply

Schools can apply for small grants to support sustainable travel activities set out in their school travel plan. The LA School Travel Advisor usually offers the grants to schools by email invitation annually, but if you have a specific request, contact the School Travel Advisor, lindi.louw@richmondandwandsworth.gov.uk. Grants are budget dependent and match funding from the school is encouraged.

Schools must be STARS accredited or commit to a STARS accreditation submission by the end of the academic year in which the grant is awarded.

Occasionally, TfL will also offer grants for schools. The School Travel Advisor will pass on their opportunities when they are made available.
