Richmond Card maintenance

On Sunday 25 October residents will be unable to use their Richmond Cards due to essential maintenance being carried out. If you are already registered for residency status via an existing RingGo cashless parking account, this can be used to claim 30 minutes free parking.

Richmond Card holders not registered with RingGo should call the Enforcement Line on 020 8744 0462 for assistance.

Before you start

We have two different forms depending on your circumstances. Please ensure you use the correct form.

What you will need

Before you begin your report you will need to know:

  • Richmond Card number (optional)
  • Cardholder's name, address and date of birth

What happens next

We will normally issue you a new card within 7 working days.

The first card replacement is free of charge. Any further replacements may incur a discretionary £5 charge.
