Local land charges system changes
We are upgrading our system, and some services will be unavailable whilst we complete the work. Dates are being finalised, but there will be a cut-off for applications in early/mid October, until the work is completed.
You should submit searches as soon as possible to avoid delays. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
The Register of Local Land Charges contains details of all local land charges registered against a property.
