All ability cycling sessions
On this page
Join in one of our free all ability cycling sessions this spring. Anyone can participate.

About the sessions
The sessions are designed for people with learning, physical and/or sensory disabilities to enjoy cycling on a range of adapted cycles.
These sessions are also available to those who wish to be reintroduced to cycling or those who want to cycle but do not have access to the equipment.
The adapted cycles we use include:
- Single and tandem tricycles – various adult and child sizes
- Side-by-side cycles for two or more people
- Wheelchair platform cycles
- Recumbent cycles including Go-kart style
After being shown how to use the cycles, participants are offered a short ride to explore the park and linked green spaces.
