Richmond's Community Safety Partnership (CSP) are committed to tackling Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), including domestic abuse.

In 2025 we endorsed a new strategy to tackle VAWG locally. This provides context on a local, regional and national level, and sets out our local approach and priorities:

• Changing attitudes and behaviour
• Early identification and help
• Providing safety and support
• Holding perpetrators to account
