Approved Traders Scheme - Trustmark

This is the new national scheme supported by the government to help consumers find reputable tradesmen to carry out work inside and outside their home. The scheme is run by approved scheme operators, that is, operators approved by government, and who apply strict requirements on traders who wish to join the scheme. The ongoing checks include technical skills, customer care policies, trading practices, customer satisfaction, and application of a user-friendly complaints procedure.

Currently Exor Management Services are engaged in the recruitment of traders across the following boroughs of South-West London:

• Merton and Kingston.

Traders who wish to join the scheme can either contact Exor or any of the approved scheme operators. All scheme operators are shown and contactable through the TrustMark website.
