A Collection of Paintings by Charles Mozley (1941-91)

30 September - 18 November 2017

Charles Mozley was a Yorkshireman who studied Fine Art at Sheffield, then the Royal College of Art in London. He lived in the borough of Richmond for twenty years.

About the exhibition

Mozley’s early work is part of the English Romantic movement. During the Second World War, he worked in camouflage along with other artists, such as Edward Seago.

This retrospective exhibition brings together a collection of Mozley’s oil paintings, watercolours and graphic work from before the Second World War until his death in 1991.
