Richmond Borough Mind to offer free technology workshop for residents

On Monday 18 September, Richmond Borough Mind are hosting a Connect to Tech workshop at Castelnau Community Centre, Barnes, SW13 9AQ.
People with mental health needs and their unpaid carers can access mental health specific training to find out about appropriate apps, managing sensory overload, and explore other digital solutions.
The workshop will explore common concerns around ‘going digital’ and share some practical tools to help us feel safe online. Beginners are welcome to join.
