These activities take place downstairs.

Shakespeare Room activities

These activities take place upstairs.

  • 10.20am: Eating for Better Health – The Orchard Surgery

Health centre

These activities take place upstairs.

  • Ruils Health in Your Hands
  • St Mary’s University Allied Health:
    • 10am to 12pm: Nutrition and Hydration advice station
    • 12pm to 3pm: Blood pressure, Balance and Muscoskeletal Advice station
  • Seasonal vaccines
  • Hearing health advice

All day activities

The following activities will be available downstairs throughout the day, from 10am to 4pm:

  • Fitness competitions (Tw2 Health and Fitness Club) 
  • Henna Art – Multicultural Richmond 
  • Using technology to live independently and improving your digital skills drop-in sessions
