Black History Month: Our Voices, Our Stories

Join us on Tuesday 27 October for an inspiring evening of conversation, storytelling and connection, celebrating African-Caribbean voices in Richmond.

Hosted by Jessica Huie MBE, local entrepreneur, author and public relations expert, the evening will feature a panel discussion with local voices who will share their unique stories:

• Dominique Nok, photographer and curator
• Rob Lloyd, kickboxing coach, martial arts specialist and entrepreneur
• Eyi Temi, singer-songwriter

At the heart of the conversation is one simple question: what does community mean to you, and how has it shaped the person you are today?

Hear about journeys across countries and cultures, businesses built from the ground up and creative careers shaped in unexpected ways. There will also be a live performance and refreshments.

• Date: Tuesday 27 October 2026
• Time: 6 to 8.30pm
• Location: Bingham Riverhouse, 61-63 Petersham Road, Richmond, TW10 6UT
