Carols for Hope: Charity Christmas concert

Community news on behalf of OneRichmond | 5 November 2026

Join OneRichmond on Tuesday 1 December 2026 for a festive celebration at beautiful local church St Mary Magdalene, with mulled wine, mince pies, local and charity choir music and celebrity readings.

Every penny raised will be donated to children facing hardship across the entire borough of Richmond. A truly magical celebration of Christmas awaits for all the family to enjoy, while also supporting important local causes.

The concert will feature carols from multiple local choirs and readings delivered by celebrities such as Samantha Bond, Jill Baker and David Horovitch. The atmosphere will be festive and family-friendly, with mince pies and mulled wine on arrival. It promises to be the perfect way to celebrate the start of the festive season.

As a place-based giving charity, OneRichmond empowers local people to make the changes they want to see in their community; all funds raised will go towards local children facing challenging situations such as mental health struggles, deprivation, food poverty, disability, growing up in care, and more.

Tickets are available now for the Carols for Hope Christmas Concert via this link or OneRichmond’s website. They cost £25 for adults, £10 for children, and £55 for a family ticket (two adults and two children). Under 5s go free.

Book tickets via OneRichmond.
