Parents asked to share views on childhood vaccinations in new survey

If you're a parent living in Richmond or have children at school in the borough, we want to hear what you think about childhood vaccinations.

These views will help provide useful information to help improve the services delivered across Richmond and Wandsworth boroughs. 

This survey will take you less than 10 minutes to complete and your name will be entered into a raffle to win a £50 Amazon or M&S gift voucher. The survey closes on 3 December.

If you have decided not to vaccinate your child or are unsure, at no point during the survey will you be asked or encouraged to have your child vaccinated.

All responses to this survey are strictly confidential and at no point will your individual response be made public.
