Join a conversation with wildlife author and vet

8 November 2023

Come along to Teddington Library at 7pm on Thursday 9 November for an exclusive conversation with wildlife writer James Fair and vet and author Jonathan Hollins. Ideal for lovers of nature, conservation and animals.

Jonathan Hollins hasn’t looked back after swapping life in the UK for the South Atlantic, especially since his move abroad helped save the life of a 191 year old celebrity tortoise, also named Jonathan!

These tales are not only full of wonderful creatures but steeped in unique local history, cultures and people, far removed from the hustle of modern life. James Fair spent 18 years as a writer and commissioning editor at BBC Wildlife Magazine. In his time there, he interviewed most of the prominent personalities in the field of wildlife conservation, including David Attenborough, Chris Packham and Jane Goodall.

Tickets for the event are £4.50 and can be booked online.
