Repair, learn and certify: Free electrical repair workshop

Action West London is running a free hands-on workshop designed to equip individuals with valuable repair skills for small electricals and equipment.

This free, half-day, in-person and accredited workshop will give residents practical skills to diagnose faults and identify options to repair small electricals and electronic devices.

The workshop takes place on Thursday 21 May 2026, from 10am to 4pm. It is delivered by Action West London, with support from West London Waste Authority, and led by expert fixers from the ReStart Project.

Participants will gain hands-on experience and learn more about becoming a fixer. 

On completion, attendees will receive a Level 1 certificate, a qualification that can significantly boost employment prospects.
