Share your feedback on British Sign Language interpreting services at GP practices

Community news on behalf of Healthwatch | 28 May 2025

Have you used British Sign Language (BSL) interpreting services recently at your GP? Your feedback is important to help these services continue to meet community needs.

Since 1 October 2024, BSL interpreter DA Languages has been providing services across South West London. If you are a BSL user, carer of a BSL user or a GP Practice staff member and have used these services since 1 October 2024, we want to hear from you.

Your views and experience will help assess how the new service is addressing previous concerns and support future improvements.

All responses are anonymous and shared with NHS commissioners to help improve the service. A summary of the findings will be published on Healthwatch’s website once available.

The survey will close on Thursday 12 June 2025.
