Start Twinning Reaffirmation Week with some friendly French practice

As we celebrate Twinning Reaffirmation Weekend, this is your chance to learn French and connect with your community! On Saturday 7 June 2025, residents of all ages and levels of French are invited to practise their French conversation over tea, coffee and traditional pâtisseries at ETNA Community Centre.

Come along to meet like-minded French learners, and enjoy friendly French conversation in ETNA’s café, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. Learn more about their past events.

Live Languages’ French conversation groups meet weekly for regular lessons in tiny groups of four to six. Twice a year all the groups come together and invite all local francophiles for a friendly French conversation practice. 

Live Languages is offering all Richmond Card holders a £10 taster session in a suitable French or Spanish conversation group (daytime only). Make local friends with shared interests and meet face-to-face to learn in a relaxed environment, with a maximum of five other students. Learn to speak a language more confidently with real people, rather than an app!
