Celebrating over 100 Community Toilets across the borough

20 July 2026

With new venues joining our Community Toilet Scheme, residents and visitors now have access to over 100 clean, free toilet facilities across the borough.

The latest additions take our borough-wide network to 63 participating locations. Along with 41 publicly available toilets, it is easier than ever for people to find convenient facilities when out and about, without needing to make a purchase.

The scheme is particularly helpful for older residents, families with young children, people with health conditions, and anyone spending time in our town centres, parks and high streets. Many of our participating venues offer unisex toilet facilities, helping to ensure the scheme is welcoming and accessible to everyone.
