Move more this International Women’s Day with free fitness and wellbeing sessions

This March, take part in a variety of physical activity events and activities as we mark International Women’s Day with movement and community spirit.
From energising fitness classes and introductory sports sessions to relaxed wellbeing events, this is your chance to move and connect in a welcoming environment.
On Sunday 8 March, a range of activities will be taking place across the borough:
- Free fitness assessments at Hampton Sports and Fitness Centre
- Women’s boxing class at Shene Sports and Fitness Centre
- Open tennis morning at Teddington Sports Centre
- Aqua-fit class, Les Mills Body Balance class, and Women’s focused spinning class at Teddington Pools and Fitness Centre
- Community walk and pelvic floor talk at Stable & Strong Women’s Fitness Studio in Mortlake
The celebration doesn’t stop there. On Saturday 7 March, residents are invited to join the Strive25 Celebration at The Craneford Way.
