Live Languages charity coffee morning celebrating Epiphany

Community news on behalf of Live Languages | 26 February 2026

Live Languages are saying a huge thank you to all their French students and fellow local Francophiles who joined their recent charity coffee morning celebrating Epiphany (la Fête des Rois).

A total of £230 was raised for ETNA, which also saw the crowning three kings and queens lucky enough to find the fève (fava bean) in their slice of galette. Thank you so much for your generosity and for making it such a friendly and festive morning. Details for the next event will be released soon.

In the meantime, if you’d like to keep your French or Spanish ticking over - or finally give it a go - Live Languages run small, friendly conversation groups (maximum 5–6 people) locally. All levels are welcome, and there’s a £10 taster session for anyone curious to try. Spaces are strictly limited, as the small groups mean everyone gets plenty of time to speak and build confidence.
