Free health event hosted by Ruils announced in Ham

Local charity Ruils will be hosting a free walk-in event for local residents in Ham.

Representatives from local organisations will be sharing information about their services. The organisations include Richmond Borough Mind, Shepherd’s Star, Age UK Richmond, Thinking Works and more.

The SW London Vaccination Team will be available to provide immunisation information and flu vaccines.

The event will also offer free basic health checks and a health survey as part of Ruils’ ‘Health in Your Hands’ service. Those who choose to take part will be entered into a raffle, where there is a chance to win B&Q vouchers worth £25, £75 and £100.

Guests will be able to take part in free health and wellbeing activities including massage therapy and art activities. A hot lunch will be provided by Surplus to Supper along with tea and coffee.

The event is open to people of all ages, with families encouraged to visit.
