Services over Christmas in Richmond

There will be some changes to services and opening times over the Christmas and New Year period. Find out when we will be open, and how you can get in touch with us during the festive season.

Our offices will be closed on Thursday 25 December, Friday 26 December, and Thursday 1 January. Our reception and contact centre will close at 2pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Doors will close to new customers in reception at 1.30pm on both days.

During the holidays, you can still report, apply or pay online for most of our services. Outside of our normal opening hours, you can report emergencies to us on 020 8891 7999.

Throughout the festive period local organisations and community groups are helping to provide support across the borough.
