Donate to Christmas Day Dinner for care leavers

Local charity Cocoon Care After Care is hoping to raise funds to give young people in the community who grew up in care the best Christmas.

The annual event aims to celebrate young carer leavers, acknowledge their resilience and create positive memories.

All money raised will go towards transport to ensure the guests can be picked up and taken home safely, entertainment throughout the day, presents and the food for the Christmas dinner. 

Now in its seventh year, the Christmas Day event is run entirely by volunteers and made possible by the local community.
