COVID-19 and flu seasonal vaccine pop-ups available through December

There are still opportunities for eligible residents to receive their flu and COVID-19 seasonal jab at one of the borough’s walk-in vaccination clinics.

As we head into winter it is important for us to look after our own health and wellbeing and that of others. Vaccines offer the best protection against flu and COVID-19.

There are a variety of pop-up clinics happening around the borough between now and 12 December for those who are eligible to receive their seasonal vaccines.

If you have any questions or concerns about the vaccines, you can come along and have a chat, with no pressure to get a jab.

No appointments are required, you can just walk in.

Eligibility for vaccines

See what makes you eligible for both the COVID-19 and flu vaccines.

COVID-19 seasonal booster eligibility:

• All adults aged 65 years and over
• Adults under age 64 years in a clinical risk group
• All frontline health and social care workers
• Adults under age 64 who are household contacts of people with immunosuppression
• Adults under age 64 who are carers, and staff working in care homes for older adults

Flu vaccine eligibility:

• All adults aged 65 years and over
• All adults under 65 years of age who have a medical condition
• All pregnant individuals
• People who receive a carer’s allowance, or are the main carer for an older or disabled person
• All adults living with someone who has lowered immunity due to disease or treatment
• All frontline health and social care workers

• Time: 2 to 5pm

• Date: Thursday 7 December
• Time: 10am to 3pm
• Address: 20-28 Broad Street, TW11 8RF (pop-up health bus in North Lane Car Park)

Age UK Twickenham

• Date: Friday 8 December (older adults only)
• Time: 1.45 to 4.20pm
• Address: 104 Arragon Road, Twickenham, TW1 3NH

Kanset Pharmacy Ham

• Date: Tuesday 12 December 
• Time: 8.30am to 3pm
• Address: 177 Ashburnham Road, TW10 7NR (outside the pharmacy)
