Supporting better asthma care for children and young people
Community news on behalf of NHS | 24 August 2026
Running from 7 to 11 September, the NHS #AskAboutAsthma campaign will be raising awareness about asthma in children and young people and how air pollution can trigger attacks.
This year’s special anniversary theme, Ten Years of Asking About Asthma, will discuss how asthma care has changed over the last 10 years, and why it is so important to keep focusing on every child and every breath and every neighbourhood, now and in the future.
Get involved throughout the week with a series of free online webinars and an in-person workshop:
- Monday 7 September: Free 10 years of asking webinar
- Tuesday 8 September: Free Every Child webinar
- Wednesday 9 September: Free Every Breath webinar
- Thursday 10 September: Free Every Neighbourhood in-person workshop
