This year sees Twickenham Cycling Club celebrate their 130th anniversary and to mark the occasion, they are keen to have new members along!

They are proud to be a physical club with a clubroom from where rides begin and where Tuesday rides finish with tea and cake. It's easy to keep in touch with fellow members through their Google and WhatsApp groups which are used to keep members informed.

Rides take place on Saturdays from 9am and Tuesdays from 7pm, both from All Hallow’s Church in Twickenham.

Details to join in on one of the club's Saturday rides to start off with can be found on the Twickenham Cycling Club website.

Younger residents aged 6 to 16 can also get involved through the club's Strictly Cycling Thursday Night event at Kneller Gardens. These sessions are from 6.30 to 8pm every Thursday from up to 20 July and cost just £2.50.

The club's 130th anniversary will be marked with an Open Track Event at Herne Hill Velodrome on 3 June, with an experience day at the velodrome taking place a week later on 11 June!
