Take part in the 'Love Me' wellbeing programme

Love Me is a unique wellbeing programme designed to create space in your mind and moments of stillness, to help you feel energised, refreshed, and restored. The six week programme will begin on Friday 8 September at LiveWell Kew, TW9 4F.

The programme is run by a group of women with a variety of inspiring expertise and credentials including, Yoga Facilitator Frankie Arpino, West Dancer and Choreographer Emma Chrispin, Fine Artist Red Gibbons, Women's Health Specialist Lydia Campbell, and Former International Athlete Susie Bush-Ramsey.

It incorporates a wide variety of rejuvenating activities, spanning six weeks, including: calming breathe and stretch, restorative TP pilates, inspiring sustainable crafts (such as origami, block-printing, marbling), simple, uplifting dance, motivational life coaching and refreshing styling.

There are free social prescribing places available and generous discounts for those who may be struggling financially.

LiveWell Kew provides a bright beautiful studio space and friendly environment, including an onsite cafe. It is adjacent to Kew Retail Park.
