Take part in a free neurological music therapy group

The Otakar Kraus Music Trust is providing a free eight week music therapy group for people with neurological conditions, such as a stroke, Parkinson’s or MS, and their carers.

The sessions will take place at Integrated Neurological Services (INS), 82 Hampton Road, TW2 5QS from Wednesday 20 September to Wednesday 15 November 2023 (no sessions on 25 October).

They will include mindfulness and relaxation techniques as well as exercises to improve cognition and memory through lyrics. No musical experience is required to take part.
