The Care Act - local implementation

Phase 2 of the Care Act will mark a significant change in how Adult Social Care is delivered. We have taken the decision locally to split the work into eight main workstreams, underpinned by several supporting themes, such as staff and resident engagement, digital and workforce:

• Workstream 2: Funding Reforms
• Workstream 3: Carers
• Workstream 4: Market Shaping and Management
• Workstream 5: Housing
• Workstream 6: Prevention
• Workstream 7: Information and advice
• Workstream 8: Transformation Projects.
