The Mayor and Deputy Mayor regularly attend local functions in the community.
You must complete your application at least 14 days before the date of the function.
You can request a Mayoral visit online or if you prefer, you can download an application form(pdf, 43KB) and return it by post to the address on the form, or scan and send it to email@example.com.

Please note that while the Mayor and Deputy Mayor attend as many events as they can, prior commitments sometimes mean that a visit is not possible.

On evenings when a full Council meeting is taking place, both the Mayor and Deputy Mayor will not be available. View dates of Council meetings.
