Register or log in to the Citizens Access Landlord Portal to access tenant payment information and claim status.

Using the portal

As a Richmond Landlord receiving Housing Benefit direct, this portal will allow you to:

• Access electronic copies of your payment schedules and notification letters (these will no longer be posted to you)
• Check current claim information for tenants you receive payments for
• This will include:
• Current claim status
• Entitlement history
• Payment history

You can only see details of claims which you are responsible for.

How to register

This is a secure self-service system and one individual from an organisation will be issued with a username and password. They will be then able to set up others requiring access.

If your organisation wishes to register, please complete the application form (pdf, 82 KB) with your details and sign. Email the completed form to bslt@richmond.gov.uk.
