Please see attached structure chart for both directorates and the senior management and note that Richmond Council considers the names and contact details of staff members below Head of Service level to be exempt from disclosure under Section 40 (2)(b) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, as releasing personal information relating to other individuals would breach the Data Protection principles. Please note that this is an absolute exemption under the Freedom of Information Act and therefore the public interest test does not apply.
