Sessions at the hydrotherapy pool are for people with rehabilitation and special needs only. Aquatic therapies can be used to treat muscle weakness, balance disorders, musculo-skeletal injuries, soft tissue injuries and other conditions that impair circulation.

Public sessions are fully supervised by a qualified lifeguard but do not have a physiotherapist in attendance.
Places must be booked in advance (bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance).
All attendees must complete a Hydrotherapy Indemnity and Screening Form (pdf, 40 KB)* prior to their first visit. (* If attendee ticks 'yes' to any of the precautions or are over the age of 69 years, then a doctor or professional needs to sign and stamp the form too).
Carers attending must also register in advance by completing a Hydrotherapy Carer's Registration Form (pdf, 236 KB). If the carer is required to enter the water, then a Hydrotherapy Indemnity and Screening Form (pdf, 40 KB) also needs to be completed.
The hydrotherapy pool can be hired privately - please contact reception for more details. Any physiotherapist or organisation wishing to use the facility can also hire the pool on a regular booking basis.
All bookings must be fully paid for in advance.
