Display Energy Certificates

Display Energy Certificates show the energy performance of a building based on actual metered energy consumption over a 12 month period.

What it shows

Each certificate gives an Operational Rating. This is a letter used to grade the annual carbon dioxide emissions from the building.

The Operational Rating is shown on a scale from A to G, where A is the lowest CO2 emissions (best) and G is the highest CO2 emissions (worst).

The certificate will also include an Advisory Report, which gives recommendations to improve the energy performance of the building.

Each certificate is valid for one year and the Advisory Report is valid for seven years.

Where to find

Every building we own (over 1000m2) should have a certificate on display. If you can not locate the certificate you should ask at reception.
