Once your loan is approved by an independent panel, you will receive a low-cost unsecured loan, business mentoring, and a range of business support products.

Start&Grow, developed by Nwes, is an innovative online business support platform, and supports your business journey through planning, start-up and growth.

Delivered by Nwes on behalf of the London Growth Hub, and supported by the Mayor of London, the Property Advice Service gives owners of small and medium-sized businesses the knowledge, expertise and confidence to help them to take on a lease.
It offers a 2 hour 1-1 session with a property expert, as well as a series of free masterclasses and panel events.
