Register for a MECC course

Find out how to register for a MECC course if you are council staff or a voluntary organisation.

How to register

Access to training is available through the new Learning Pool TPD site.

First time log in for Council staff

Click on ‘Employed by the Council (SSA staff)’ and log in using your work email. If you have not already received your password, email: tdservice@richmond.gov.uk.

First time log in for external users

Click on ‘Not employed by the Council (SSA staff)’ and then click on ‘Forgotten your username or password’. Then re-set your password by following the instructions.

Once registration is confirmed, click on ‘Find Learning’ and type the course title in the search field. For any registration enquiries, email: tdservice@richmond.gov.uk.
