Help us plan future pharmacy services

The Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) is used to make sure pharmacy services meet the needs of the residents of Richmond upon Thames, including the location of pharmacies and the services they provide.

The Richmond Health and Wellbeing Board would like to hear your views and experiences about the pharmacy services in your area. This will enable them to understand the needs of the population and help shape future services.

Patients and members of the public who use pharmacies in Richmond upon Thames will be asked questions about services offered, location, opening times and whether services are provided fairly and to those who need them.

Cllr Piers Allen, Chair of Richmond of the Health and Board, said: “We want to ensure that pharmacy services are accessible to everyone and provide the services that local people need. Please share your views so we can plan the future services for local people.”
