Climate anxiety online workshop
4 May 2023
For Mental Health Awareness Week, we will be running an online workshop on Tuesday 16 May 2023 to help you maintain psychological resilience and sustainable action in the face of the climate crisis.
The workshop will explore climate-emotions, how people process climate information, how we can have constructive conversations about climate and how we can support ourselves and the community to balance our climate work and our wellbeing.
The impact of climate change can cause worry and affect our mental wellbeing. Dr Patrick Kennedy-Williams and Megan Kennedy-Woodard, founders of Climate Psychologists and authors of Turn the Tide on Climate Anxiety and the upcoming young persons' guide to climate emotions and action, You Are Unstoppable will lead the workshop.
