Take part in a free neurological music therapy group

The Otakar Kraus Music Trust and Integrated Neurological Services are partnering to provide a free eight week music therapy group for clients with neurological conditions, such as stroke, Parkinson’s or MS, and their carers.
Led by Music Therapist Moggs Nicholson, the sessions will take place from Tuesday 18 April at 1 to 2pm in Melville Room, St Mary’s Church, Church Road Barnes, SW13 9HL. Sessions will be held weekly until 18 June (no session on 30 May).
They will include mindfulness and relaxation techniques as well as exercises to improve cognition and memory through lyrics. No musical experience is required to take part.
