Do you want to improve your health and wellbeing after lockdown? Age UK Richmond's 'Time 2 Move' course can help you to stay active this summer.
It is a fun and effective low impact class with easy-to-follow walking/marching steps, choreographed on an imaginary clock, working the whole body. Creatively designed to improve your energy levels, coordination, stability and balance. It also includes a mobility/stretch routine using a chair.
This is a six week course which will run on Monday from 12.45 to 1.30pm at the Twickenham Wellbeing Centre.
