Landlords invited to join networking event

18 January 2023

Richmond property-owners are encouraged to take part in a forum to learn more about essential landlord services and discuss the issues they face.

Hosted by National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) and led by NRLA Representative Karen Gregory, this informative networking meeting aims to help landlords familiarise themselves with the latest legislative changes that impacts the private rented sector.

All landlords are welcome, from those renting out a single property to those with larger portfolios. The forum is intended to provide landlords with the expertise, support and resources needed to ensure that the rental sector benefits landlords and their tenants.

Richmond Council officers will also be in attendance to provide attendees the opportunity to learn more about the schemes available. Officers will be on hand to share information of the initiatives and incentive packages that can be accessed by landlords to support the letting of their properties and provide them greater security.

Landlords will also have the opportunity to hear from No Letting Go, specialists in creating inventory for properties. You will be able to learn why it is essential to create an inventory and how to avoid potential end of tenancy disputes to ensure a letting your property is a stress-free as possible.
