31 January 2022

LiveWell has launched specially-designed classes to help end the worrying social isolation faced by many parents and carers with young children during the pandemic.

Having fun bonding with your child and making friends are at the heart of each session at Kew’s LiveWell Centre, from Baby Massage to Toddler Tennis. It offers the opportunity to socialise and share experience and knowledge in a warm, welcoming environment, while helping to combat post-natal depression. These classes form part of LiveWell’s Pram to Player programme which runs from birth to eight years, to set children up with a love of sport for life.LiveWell is also forming an exciting partnership with Baby Talk to further help parents and carers reconnect. The well-established local parenting experts will host seminars at the Centre on subjects ranging from breastfeeding to sleep problems.Find more information here www.livewellkew.org.uk and contact Edward Fisher, Centre Manager, on 07414 447747 or edward@livewellkew.org.uk to book a class or for further information.
