Apply for funding to help get Richmond upon Thames active
2 December 2021
The Active Richmond Fund aims to support local groups and organisations to provide an extended range of activities that enriches the social prescribing or cultural offer, promoting an active lifestyle for borough residents.
The fund awards grants for activities which improve people's physical and mental health and wellbeing.
We particularly encourage applications from groups and organisations who are working with adults who are less active, 'hard to reach', in care or engaged with social prescribing.
The Activate Project in Teddington received £3,600 to establish the Activate Sport and Wellbeing Hub which delivers activities that will improve people's physical and mental health and wellbeing.
