There are two way to use an RSS feed:
When the website provides an RSS feed your web browser may display this icon on the right side of the address bar. Your browser may now allow you to add a bookmark or subscribe to this page so that the RSS information can be read and the pages with more information on road works and press releases accessed. All you have to do is to click on the icon and subscribe to the service you prefer.
The feed reader or the aggregator automatically checks the feed you subscribed to for any new content which will be eventually retrieved and displayed. All you have to do is to copy the URL of the page into the aggregator.
