1. No information is held by the Children's Services provider Achieving for Children.

Information held by the Council's shared legal services team is as follows:-

For conversions since 2012 the average legal costs for each academy conversion is £3,830. No information is held prior to this date.

2. No information is held by the Children's Services provider Achieving for Children.

Information held by the Council's shared legal services team is as follows:-

The total legal cost from 2012 is £38,302. No information is held prior to this date.

3. £135,632. This deficit was left under the old 'sponsored' academy procedure. Under the procedure for later academies, i.e. converter academies, any deficit transfers with the academy.
