Please use the following link to view the published accounts for Parking Services for the last seven financial years: http://www.richmond.gov.uk/parking_performance.htm
Please also advise that we hold this information in accordance with:
Sections 282 (2) and (3) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 which establishes a duty on London boroughs to report annually to the Mayor on their parking revenue accounts. For administrative purposes Transport for London has been nominated to receive these reports on behalf of the Mayor.
The accounts contain detail of the income from parking spaces, from the enforcement of waiting and loading restrictions and the surplus, or deficit, on the parking account at the end of the relevant financial year. Details of the usage of any surplus income are also included in the statement.
