Applicant type: Company
1) - A copy of the hospitality register/register of members' interests for members of the Pensions Committee/Pensions Panel for the last three years. If possible, we would appreciate having this in an easily searchable format, such as Excel.
2) - A copy of the minutes for the last three meetings of the Pensions Committee/Pensions Panel (or whichever committee deals with pensions. This may be a committee that you contribute to with other local councils under a combined scheme arrangement) and the same for the Investment Committee for the same scheme (if different).

1) We retain our registers of interest and gifts/hospitality by Council Member or list of declarations not by Committee.
