When reference is made to 'years' this is for individual responses to each of the financial years 2014-15 [1 Apr- 31 Mar] and 2015-16 [1 Apr- to-date] (not calendar years).

This set of questions applies to Housing Revenue Account properties only.

QUESTIONS:

1. Please could you provide your current stock levels, broken down by:

­ - Your tenancy types (i.e. fixed term, secure etc.)

­ - Property type (i.e. house, studio flat, flat, maisonette, bungalow etc.)

­ - Bedroom size (i.e. one, two, three, four, five etc.)

2. The total number of void properties for financial years 2014-15 and 2015-16, including:

­ - Total council tax loss

­ - Total rent loss

3. The total number of properties let in financial years 2014-15 and 2015-16, split by:

­ - Tenancy type (i.e. fixed term, secure etc.)

4. For financial years 2014-15 and 2015-16, your average void turnaround time (re-let time in days, also known as the former audit commission indicator BV212)

5. For financial years 2014-15 and 2015-16, the number of properties sold 'Right to Buy', by:

­ - Property type (i.e. house, maisonette, flat, studio flat, bungalow etc.)

­ - Bedroom size (i.e. one, two, three, four, five etc.)

6. For financial years 2014-15 and 2015-16, the number of properties disposed of and reason for disposal (i.e. demolition, sold on the open market etc.)

7. The number of New Build properties completed and available for letting to social housing applicants on your waiting list for financial years 2014-15 and 2015-16

8. For financial years 2014-15 and 2015-16, average rent charges for your Housing Revenue Account properties broken down by bedroom size, with figures for:

­ - Affordable Rent

­ - Social rent

­ - Intermediate rent

9. For financial years 2014-15 and 2015-16, are there any properties held in regeneration schemes that would normally be available to social housing applicants on your waiting list?

10. The percentage of your current tenant(s) claiming either full or part Housing Benefit ?

11. For financial years 2014-15 and 2015-16, how many properties did the council acquire that are now available for letting to social housing applicants on your waiting list? (i.e. ex council dwellings under 'first refusal', gifted properties, bought on the open market.)

Advice given - 4 April 2016

We do not have a Housing Revenue Account as our Housing Stock was transferred to Richmond Housing Partnership in 2000.

No further information is therefore held.
