Spots still open for Mayor’s cruise for charity

If you’d like to enjoy a delicious fish and chip supper whilst sailing along the Thames, tickets are still available for the Mayor’s fish and chip cruise.

The latest cruise in support in the Mayor of Richmond’s charities, will set sail on Wednesday 11 October from St Helena Pier.

Tickets are just £25 per person. This includes a fish and chip supper, complimentary drink and cruise along the Thames on the Yarmouth Belle.

The cruise will board at St Helena Pier, Richmond at 6pm, leaving promptly at 6:30pm and will return at 10pm.

The event will raise money for the Mayor’s charities: Cavernoma Alliance UK, which supports people suffering from cerebral cavernomous malformations (CC); Me too & co, a local charity supporting children with disabilities; and Off The Record Twickenham, which provides confidential support services to young people.

Richmond’s Mayor, Cllr Lisa Blakemore, said:

“The Cruise is always a wonderful event and raises funds for very worthy causes. If you haven’t been on one before it’s a great night out. I looking forward to seeing you on board for a bit of fun, and tasty food in the name of a good cause.”
