It's Christmas in Hampton Square

Release Date: 22 November 2018

Hampton residents will enjoy a range of Christmas festivities that will soon arrive to Hampton Square this December.

The annual Christmas in the Square event will take place on Thursday 6 December between 3.30 and 6.30pm, with a line-up of fun activities for the whole family.

Visit Santa's Arts and Crafts Grotto and create seasonal art with the help of Santa's elves. Enjoy live music and entertainment from local bands including Groove Academy, Buckingham Primary School, Redshift and The Basement Door, and more.

Thank you to our partnering local organisations and organisers YMCA White House and Groove Academy, as well as Shooting Star Chase, Country Court Care and Achieving for Children for making this community event possible.

Cllr John Coombs, Richmond Council Cabinet Member for Arts, Culture and Sports, said:

"I'm delighted to announce that the Christmas in the Square returns to Hampton Square this year.

"With the Council's contribution, I hope the community and their families can come together and celebrate Christmas spirit with music and fun activities for all."
